Legend of Residential Marketing – NAHB

 

Bob Schultz was officially designated a Legend of Residential Marketing by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

At the induction ceremony in Las Vegas, Sheri Jackson, NSMC Awards Chair, introduced Mr. Schultz, calling him a “marketing force of nature.”

A Lifetime of Achievement

In addition to all of the recent accolades for excellence in sales & marketing training, Bob has a long, documented history of success.

  • 2003 – Trina Ripley Excellence in Education Award from the National Association of Home Builders
    The NAHB’s Institute of Residential Marketing honored Bob Schultz with this prestigious award for his Outstanding Lifetime Achievements in Educating New Home Sales and Marketing Professionals.

  • 1983 – Sales Director of the Year by the Florida Home Builders Association
  • 1983 – Sales Director of the Year by the Builders Association of South Florida
  • 1982 – Special recognition from the National Association of Home Builders as the Marketing Director of the Year – Large Volume
