  • MIRM certification from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM)
    • Elected to serve as secretary in 1985
  • Former Board of Trustees and as Vice Chairman of the National Sales and Marketing Council of the NAHB.
  • Charter member of The Builder Marketing Society and Board of Directors.
