A prolific writer and author, Roland is a frequent contributor and Editorial Advisor to Sales + Marketing Ideas magazine, a publication of the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders.
An accomplished playwright, Roland wrote the screenplay for Paper Slippers, starring world-renowned actor James Earl Jones which aired on Fox television.

A highly competitive and skilled athlete, Roland played rugby and soccer while in England, and he continues to play soccer in the limited amount of time that he’s not driving the success of New Home Sales Professionals around the world.

A History of New Home Sales Success

Roland lives in South Florida with his wife Svitlana and their darling little boy, Max.
Originally from London, England, Roland moved to the U.S. to represent his family business, selling Florida properties throughout the United Kingdom. Roland fell in love with the U.S., decided to stay in Florida, and became a Realtor. His first foray into New Home Sales was as a solo salesperson for a small custom home builder. There, he doubled sales!
Roland was later recruited by a national home builder and developer as part of a sales staff in a multi-product, master planned community in South Florida. It was here that he caught the attention of Bob Schultz, who was retained by the company to train the sales team. Roland became passionate about mastering the sales process and techniques Bob was teaching. Utilizing his newfound knowledge and skills, he propelled to the top of his craft. Beginning in the early 90′s, during a housing downturn in South Florida, he quickly became the top salesperson in a staff of ten. Throughout those years, he personally produced a quarter of a billion dollars in new home sales.
In early 2000, Bob and Roland reconnected as Bob was expanding his cadre of licensed facilitators. Bob knew that with the proven knowledge and techniques Roland had learned and perfected, along with his unique style and more than two decades of “in the trenches” real world experience, Roland was a perfect fit!
