I had a customer come in this morning who was scheduled to do a reservation on a home site. She loves the home site but knows it is one of our best ones (thanks for teaching us to create urgency) so she decided she better do something. I decided today during our CIP meeting and training that I would try and get her to do a contract instead of a reservation, because by doing so, I was serving her best interests. I used the phrases you gave us “limited time incentive” and “lock in the price”. She didn’t want to miss out on that! She called her husband and he said to do it so she signed the contract! Thanks so much for the great ideas you gave us as a part of the Customer In Process Analysis and Action Plan and the motivation also! I really appreciate it!
