Boca Raton, Florida, July 30, 2007 — Multiple-award-winning new home sales professional Millie Allen Eubanks has joined Bob Schultz & The New Home Specialists as an Associate Facilitator. Eubanks began her career in new home sales with Ideal Homes of Norman, OK in 1992 and was immediately indoctrinated in Bob Schultz & The New Home Specialists’ Official New Home Sales Development System®. Her diligent study and application of the system enabled her to quickly work her way to leading the team, which, under her leadership, sold more than 600 homes annually and received many of the National Association of Home Builders’ highest awards.
Eubanks led her team at Ideal Homes to earn Regional Rookie Salesperson of the Year awards every year from 1998 to 2001, the Regional Marketing Director of the Year award in 2001, and National Rookie Salesperson of the Year in 2002, in addition to the Platinum Award in 2001 for $32.8 million total sales volume.
As an Associate Facilitator, she will travel to builders and developers all over the U.S. and beyond to teach the essentials of The Official New Home Sales Development System®. She will provide coaching for salespeople and facilitate the implementation of this system that will allow builders to succeed in a cooling market and position themselves to be far ahead of their competition when market conditions ease.
Eubanks was honored by the NAHB as National Sales Manager of the Year in 2003 and personally received NAHB Million Dollar Circle awards in 1995 and 1996.
