Richard Elkman

Marketing and Positioning Specialist

Richard Elkman works with New Home Sales Specialist clients to create a marketing and positioning strategy to provide increased qualified traffic for skilled sales professionals trained by Bob Schultz & The New Home Sales Specialists.

Richard has been an active participant and speaker at NAHB conventions and at many regional and local seminars, including the Lee Evans Group Executive Summit and Builder 100 conferences. He wrote and designed Classified Information, Building Better Ads, and Real Estate Advertising - Problems, Solutions, Results, the first such books ever published by the NAHB about real estate advertising, as well as The Small Volume Builder Advertising Manual.

He is also the author of Radio Commercials That Work, an audio book published by the NAHB, and the publisher of Challenges & Solutions, the home building industry's first e-mail sales, marketing, and advertising newsletter. His articles have appeared in virtually every major housing publication and newsletter.

Richard has been President of The Institute of Residential Marketing, a member of the National Sales and Marketing Council's Board of Trustees, and Master of Ceremonies of the National Sales and Marketing Awards held annually at the NAHB convention.
