Peggy leads the New Home Sales Specialist support team in the overall operation of the New Home Sales Specialist companies. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Business and a member of Meeting Planners International. Prior to joining New Home Specialist in 1990, she was Meetings Director for the Home Builders Institute of the National Association of Home Builders, coordinating more than 100 industry-specific seminars and conferences annually.

Her positive energy and "do-what-it-takes-to-get-it-done" attitude is fostered by the team. She is also the driving force behind the successful production of all New Home Specialist public programs, such as its acclaimed BUILDER University series.

Peggy loves entertaining, and traveling with her husband, Bob Schultz.
